Almonds rich in fiber, calcium and potassium are among the dried fruit and the seeds more nutrients and benefits found in nature, as they contain:
- proteins ;
- vitamins in particular the vitamin E ;
- minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese and iron;
- compounds responsible for the antioxidant properties , that is the ability to defend our body from the action of free radicals thus preventing phenomena of aging cellular and ensuring the maintenance of physical well-being;
